Symantec was a winner in the 2019 large company group. As a company they have the common problem of supporting many products including new acquisitions. Their site does a very good job dealing with this and integrating multiple product line support for all users. Their essay is quite useful reading for other companies struggling to integrate new acquisitions. They also are almost totally accessible through Google and without logging in, which is becoming the dominant user expectation.
