Clio was one of ASP’s 2019 Top Ten Support Website competition winners in the small-company group. They are a relatively young company, which is being used to their advantage as they rethink many things and come up with better solutions. Of particular note is the ways that they are encouraging customers to try new tasks in an easy way. This is great for those trying to move support from break-fix to user loyalty in a subscriber-based economy.
