We do not sell or disclose e-mail addresses or any
other personal information.
The ASP publishes a membership directory solely for use by its members for
individual correspondence. Use of this list for mass mailings, mass e-mail
communications, or marketing purposes is strictly prohibited.
Any member who feels there has been inappropriate use of their listing
in the ASP directory should contact ASP membership director Jane Farber immediately.
Note: Under the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, it is unlawful to harvest e-mail
addresses from Internet directories whose owners "will not give, sell,
or otherwise transfer" such addresses to third parties. Penalties
include statutory damages of up to $2 million and five years imprisonment.
